Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All domestic orders will be processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped with your tracking number.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. A basic table will be provided below.

In Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with local pickup at 6 Takura Close, Greenfields, Mandurah 6210. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared within 1 to 2 business days. When your order is ready we will contact you with instructions and organise a time for pickup.

International Shipping

 

All shipping is automatically calculated by Australia Post using their rates.

 

Currently we offer international shipping to all countries, this will be subject to change if required.

All international orders will be processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped with your tracking number.

International Shipping:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Home of the LDly is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

For peace of mind we put insurance on all packages sent free of charge.

If you havnt received your order within 14 days (30 days international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at blade.v.mccullough@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O Boxes

Our couriers do not offer shipping to P.O Boxes. If you put a P.O Box into your shipping information you will be contacted and asked to provide an alternative address.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns upto 7 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs for the return.

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at homefortheldly@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
